Stage Challenge no longer exists leaving many musical teens at a loss. We visit 2017 where the final Stage Challenge took place to try and understand what went so horribly wrong. Bloomdale High are from Tauranga and they are heading to Auckland to compete in Stage Challenge. There will be blood, sweat, tears and even confetti left on the dance floor. Preparing for this stage challenge is no easy feat, they are trying to create a powerful life changing message through dance. Four teens settle on the theme of Jacinda Ardern being elected which evokes the ultimate girl power bangers however many obstacles are thrown their way as they journey to Tāmaki. The team eventually arrives and have to leave it all out on the dance floor. Have they got what it takes? How will they pull off the sky tower meets Jacinda Ardern inspired dance? And was it a mistake to not google Crystal Mountain first?
