Squeaky Wheel
Note* - Please note that due to the recent change in alert levels, the 2021 Fringe season of Squeaky Wheel has been postponed past the dates of the festival. A later date will be announced once confirmed.
"Squeaky Wheel" is an exciting verbatim theatre showcase sharing narratives and experiences of those living with cerebral palsy.
Tackling head on questions around how people advocate to change their communities, "Squeaky Wheel" delves into inclusion in our world and on the stage. We've heard the wheel that squeaks the loudest gets the grease, but who is making noise and what for?
This work is a collaborative and developmental theatre show we are excited to introduce at the 2021 Auckland Fringe Festival and with support from the Cerebral Palsy Society.
"Squeaky Wheel" is to be presented across two venues in Auckland, including the CP Society office, to provide accessibility for ticket holders. Tickets are by KOHA to remove barriers for attendance.
